Background The Joint Stock Company “National Electric Grid of Uzbekistan” (NEGU) is implementing the Electricity Sector Transformation and Resilient Transmission Project (ESTART) with financial support from a World Bank-financed grant. As part of its capacity-building activities, NEGU requires specialized technical training for its personnel in the operation, maintenance, diagnostics, and commissioning of high-voltage cable lines and associated electrical equipment at voltage levels of 35–110 kV. This training aims to strengthen the skills and competencies of NEGU specialists responsible for the installation, servicing, and testing of high-voltage cable systems and equipment, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the power transmission and distribution network. 2.
